Just check if the username you want is availavle by going to the register form and typing in the username, but don't register!!! Than mail help@tankionline.com and tell what username you want. The crystals will be taken from your tanki account.

Haha, I drugged the whole day using thunder M3. It helped me to my rankup! Lol

Chrome is fast for me, but the more plugins you use at chrome the slower it gets. So disable all plugins.
