Go with your first option... unless you'll actually use freeze. The only paints worth keeping in the light kit are zues.. But if you go with the 1st option those 200k will definitely help you out in the future, especially when you rank.

I think Option 2 is the best.. since you already have enough m3 hulls and you don't need m3 dictator at the moment.. And those paints are worth it.

I personally don't like Thunder because you have the capability too shoot/damage yourself when you're up close to a enemy or object. Rail m2 has worked fine with me and it just takes 2 shots to kill some tanks. IMO i would go with rail but keep in mind that my thunder is m0, so i don't know much about it :P
