Hope you get well soon. As for tips I have none since I have never broken a bone or ever had a fracture. Worst sports injury I had is when I sprained by knee playing netball.

The main contact for the war from the opposing team left mid battle without telling anything about a forfeit. Also their members did not leave at the same time hence creating a hazy picture of whether is it a forfeit or not. Here is the last screenshot of the member joining, chatting and leaving the battle.

I use Gimp. There is a lot of video tutorials and website that give tips on how to create different effects. It is easy to use.
