Just to make things easier. Consultants could be yellow while Reporters could be a light blue. (What I'd prefer) Alternatively, the colour scheme could be like this: Members would be Purple, I guess. If a member of staff has two jobs then their colour goes to the job with higher authority. It takes a simple change on the colour swatch to implement so it's nothing difficult.
