Hello; this is going to tell you what to do when you’re banned and you feel it’s for an invalid reason. For starters, make sure you haven’t breached any of the forum rules. If you still feel your ban reason was invalid, drop an e-mail to help@tankionline.com. These are the people that will read your appeal and dictate to you whether you can be unbanned or not. Don’t expect for them to reply straight away; take into account that many others will be e-mailing them for similar/different reasons. (Your ticket number will come in minutes though) Once you’ve sent your appeal, you’ll immediately receive a reply that has a ticket number on it; the higher the ticket number, the longer you’re gonna have to wait. They work 24 hours though so even if your ticket number is relatively big, you won’t have to wait that long. Don’t hassle them to reply either because they’ll only just put your case to the back of the queue; meaning you’ll have to wait even longer. One thing; just because you’ve made an appeal, it DOES NOT mean you will definitely be unbanned; don’t think that just because not many people bother to appeal that you will get unbanned scot-free. The team will use their discretion on whether you should be unbanned or not.

Referrals A referral is when you invite someone to a game; there are a couple of ways you can go about doing that; I’ll elaborate on that below. The duration of you guys are denying the idea purely because of the fact trolls will misuse totally forgetting about the people who will use it effectively; you guys seem to forget that the mods DO have a ban button and so therefore mods can USE this button to take out the trolls like they do everyday..
