Get Isida M3. You're still a long way to get Rail and Rico M3. Keep it mind that one can be easily bored with Isida. That said, Isida is deadly - especially at early M3 ranks.

I don't think it's a good idea to buy an M2 paint right now, since you're already Major General. Save for M3s and get a decent M3 paint later. I'm fairly sure that your best current paint can get you through the M3 ranks... ^_^

Another M3, for sure. Smoky M3 goes GREAT with Hunter M3. If you aren't exactly a huge fan of Smoky, I would suggest the paint Prodigi because why the heck not?! :P

Of course! Being highly versatile, it's one of the best M2s in my opinion. I use it more than my Freeze M3 (probably because I suck at attacking...). Plus, it doesn't necessarily need MUs at all to become deadly. You'll love it to bits! :D
