its only weakness is iseda because (look down) 1 thunder shoots, get shocked with the iseda 2 iseda takes away health, regains again 3 thunder keep shooting, until die. this is for short distance combats anyway : why don't you apply on every guns, hulls and paints? higher the ranks, discount more(is that better?)

Iseda's range is not bad but suits with hornets, at least wasp Dictator' height is not its main characteristcs, but it's useful. Your combo is halve a NOB and halve COOL( only for higher modifications not M0)
