By no tank at all, I mean that the person doing the recording doesn't have his own tank visible.

How do I take pictures/video capture tanki without my own tank in the way? I have seen several tanki videos that don't have a tank in them at all. For instance, the final plasma tournament on cybersport league website. I have always wondered about this. Is this a developer privilege, or if not, how can I do it? Thanks comeandgetit2

So, like a lot of people, I have an eventual goal of M2/M2 combination. I will probably M2 hornet because it is cheap speed (I have M1 in this account). I need to choose a weapon.Shaft is out for obvious reasons. Rico has been nerfed and hornet moves around too much under recoil. I have M1 flame (I got it on sale). Smoky and freeze aren't my thing. I am mostly considering Rail, Thunder, and Isida. So my question really is: Do you Rail/Thunder/Hornet users win games much (without drugging like crazy)? And what fields do you play? And out of those three guns, which do you reccommend and why? How do Rail and Thunder stand at M2 relative to other M2 guns? Looking forward to your answers. Thanks, comeandgetit2

Isida is overpowered. Freeze and smoky are unfortunately more overpowered. The range of an isida is 15 meters to lock on to a tank. After it has locked on, it can stay locked on up to 20 meters. So sometimes the range does appear to be too long. But yes, isida is overpowered.

Yes, I took a couple good gold box pics recently. I pasted them into Microsoft Word because it was already open. Later I followed FBI's instructions in the FAQ. I pasted them into paint, but the colors and clarity were distorted. What should I do? I also tried Microsoft picture manager and got a clear but small image, which probably isn't best. You seem to think that the issue in Cyprus was bad tax collection. That may be true, but I would like to point out that in the United States there is excellent tax collection but what you said could apply "the money they owed kept getting bigger and bigger so they had to borrow more just to pay the interest on the loans they took out". Governments almost always run themselves into debt. Even if there was relatively little tax collection in Cyprus, they could have fixed it or cut spending. But no, they just had to keep spending money they didn't have until the EU bailed them out again... at the expense of private citizens. Since these citizens had 100,000 euros in the bank, they were probably citizens who were paying taxes, too.

The rebalance really messed up the maps. My alt can't even get to some of them. The list of maps posted includes all my favorites (except industrial zone). My alt can still play some of them, but thanks to rebalance, no one else ever wants to. The other players stick to the low-ranked maps they have always used. Not good at all. comeandgetit2

Stalin is very dead. You worry too much. If it was truly communist... We would all have the same good, expensive tank copied from an American or other countries' design in small numbers, 25 yrs. after it was obsolete. Buyers and tanki devs(government) would have American Abrams tanks... What you call the "old hands" is anyone who doesn't like having to kill 500 tanks for 1200 crystals like I did the other day. This is EVERYONE. Your statistics are made up and outdated. Tanki has 20,000,000 players and the 0.5% is totally false. Second of all, the only way rebalance has "improved" gameplay are these: A noob using smoky M0 can take out anyone, anytime, with one hit. So much for strategy. Also, the only thing you can do about freeze is run away. Even if it doesn't kill you, the next enemy tank will. This is not "leveling out".

I checked with two other computers I had access to and they both had the same error. I think this probably isn't all of our computers. About a 1000 people are still on the test server, so it isn't closed to the public. I think they might only be allowing computers in Russia to access it, or the test2.tankionline.com/battle-en2.html link no longer works. Let me guess: MONKBLOB and Panzer5454 are both NOT Russian? (I am not either... and we all have this error)

That is why tanki has drugs - since people don't EVER work as a team, drugs make one person able to take out an entire team. I would much rather see teamwork too.

Test server appears to be up now. When I go to test servers 1, 3, and 4, which are not open to the public, they are either down or ask for an invite code - normal. Last night I was on test server with about a thousand other people. This morning test server appears to be open because it does not ask for an invite code AND 1008 people are on it right now. There aren't that many testers. It must be open to the public, but I don't know what causes the errors that I get. Any suggestions?
