No, a big Freeze with an Isida near the flag is a fortune for a team. With no Isida, they can't hide from Rails or Thunder. Kill then steal le flag.

For Solo-parkour, you'd want to use Rico/Wasp. If you're going to tag with other people to do Parkour, then Rail/Wasp would be what you need. A good partner would be Dictator/Rail. You can then double the impact by having the Dictator shoot you too. (Of course get both participants on the same team so you don't kill the Wasp)
