Forgot I was so close to ranking. . .. :( So. . .forgot to host Rank-up party.
-
@Raphael: I don't know why. . . but your Shaft Before/After video's music made me laugh. . . :lol: :lol:
-
@Cuba: Well, I saw in a video of future graphics once, and the tank tracks were flexible actually. It was the video that included the Visible-drug effects. . .
-
@Jayjey: Yeah, there's some glitch where you hold your spacebar down, and click somewhere else so that your tank pauses. Then something happens and your tank starts shooting 24/7 without even having to push the spacebar. .. . Used it on Twins once. All you got to do is aim and destroy. Lol.. Although I wouldn't recommend it on Smoky. I like to time my shots right instead of just shooting at a rhythm. . .I mean, enemies are that stupid. . .they'll figure you out. :P

Who thinks that the Tanki moderation team needs to be changed?
r_DidYouKnowThat0 replied to NationaISecurityNSA in Archive
@FC: Well, the Moderators can ban your account in what, one click? However, you must make an account, and then rank up a bit. It's a waste of time just to get it banned again. . . . And saying you can change your IP Address is much different than actually changing it. . . . . . Just saying. . . In a gist, this will all backfire on you. So I recommend you not try. . .It's for your own good. :o -
Eh. I don't regret not getting Loam. Digital paint is amazing. :D And. . .not me. I still have Hornet at M0. Forever and ever, M0 for you Hornet.
-
@Raphael2: Well I find Wasp/Fire to be a very nice combination. . . .better than Hornet, in my opinion. With the right gameplay, it's amazing! ~~~~~~~~~~ Originally Firebird was supposed to be one of my earliest M2's, but other things got in the way. :P But I have it now.

Who thinks that the Tanki moderation team needs to be changed?
r_DidYouKnowThat0 replied to NationaISecurityNSA in Archive
They can just ban you though .Lol. The moderation team is fine. They're nice. At first I thought you meant the game though. . .Mammoth needs a boost. . . . . -
6 M2's? What? You don't have the right rank for 6 M2's. . . . . I'll assume you're talking about M1's. . . .Right? Correct me if I'm wrong. . . I think 6 is enough, especially at Captain Rank. Unless you're in dire need of one more. . . .you should start saving for M2's already. They're pretty expensive. . .

I don't want my new Firebird/Wasp M2 to go up against Zeus paint.
-
Ahaha! Yeah, agreed Farhan. I remember an incident from a long time ago, I was on Silence blue team. Another Teammate and I both laid a Mine on the ramp, the one near the cliff. A Dictator M2/Freeze arrives, and we're both just looking at him like ''Hah, what're you going to do? Nub!'' Then an Isida goes behind him. . . . We didn't really expect anything. Then, he puts on a Double-armor and takes up each Mine, one at a time, and lets Isida heal him. And. . .you guessed it. But staying on topic. . . . . Eh. Smoky. . . . the Criticals do have a downside. Sometimes they don't appear at all, and you have to rely on the regular shots. So Smoky does have its ups and downs.
-
Well, just a detailed description of a couple of strategies of mine. . . might not be that detailed, but I gave some kind of effort to elaborate. :P Although maybe I should've posted the tactic on Wasp section. . . oh well.
-
Eh. Tanki can express their affection for the community by other means, not just sales. Furthermore, if what you say does happen to be correct, then great! After I rank to Brigadier, if either Thunder or Isida goes 50% off, then I shall say hello to my first M3. :) Not to mention both are very Wasp-friendly.
-
@Supernick95: True, but at least we will have a general idea of what the new turrets will be like, such as gameplay, or affects. I'm pretty enticed about the new Missile-turret whereas you can control the projectile. . . .

I used it even in Serpuhov. . .Lol! The main problem there is: Impaled by Multiple Railguns Shaft Though they can be avoided easily. First of all, I'm a Wasp. I'm nimble, speedy, and hard to aim at. Not to mention Digital paint. ;) For Shaft, or any kind of sniper, it's important you locate him first. Then ricochet from wall to wall, or maybe make a quick run if you want to. Once I get behind them, or to them, I'm able to kill them off easy. For Serpuhov, I used the buildings behind the bases to hide. My main objective: Infiltrate Hide Wreck Havoc! Just burn and hide. :D I usually use anywhere from 1/3 to 1/2 of my fuel when doing this, or if it's a dangerous opponents, maybe just 1/4. :P It's amazing in big maps. Since I use a Light hull. . . .and I have a very good paint for camouflage, which is Digital. As a former Railgun user, I find Hornet much easier to spot than Wasp. . . . even though nothing loses my sight.. . just that Hornets are easier to look for, aim at, and especially hit with that extended body of theirs. I tend not to play in small maps. . . the smallest I'll tolerate is Sandbox or Sandal. Any smaller and I don't like it. . . possibly because less people means bigger responsibility. It's more relaxed in a 10 vs 10 battle, and you can trust tanks more. :P So yeah, I like Silence, Kungur, and Serpuhov. Although Silence is what I play majority of the time. .. mostly because it's most common. I'm trying to play for Serpuhov though, with Fire/Wasp/Digital. CTF of course. .. . For Kungur it's a bit offensive for me. I love clearing out Snipers. . . :P One of my specialties. :D And let me tell ya'll a tip. If you reach enemy base, and a teammate takes enemy flag, but your own flag is taken, don't attract attention. Instead, hide in your enemy base. Then wait for the guy with your flag to arrive at his base. When he does, don't be an ***** and reveal yourself. . . wait for his back to be turned, or when he comes closer. Then burn him to death and return the flag. He is most likely alone, or injured. . . .But if he is accompanied maybe by an Isida, you might want to be extra careful. I hate it when teammates think they don't have to kill the Isidas. . . -_- Don't underestimate them, since remember there are two opponents. . .2x the fire power, 2x the speed to blow you up. And if he is drugging, wait for his drugs to wear off, then drug yourself, since he might use Health Pack. My point is, I love staying behind at enemy base. It's awesome. :D And if you're hiding in enemy base and enemy flag is returned, but your flag isn't, I guess on certain circumstances you could just take on the responsibility of flag carrier yourself. Just be wary of respawns. They're like killer ninjas. . . . Another tactic, although this is very tricky, and especially very risky. If Enemy flag is returned, and the enemy with your flag just returned, don't even think about stopping him, unless he's very injured. Then just kill him and return. However, if he is still strong, loaded, and accompanied, don't do it. Your death will be in vain. Instead, you might just want to let him cap it, and wait for your team to arrive. When they do, logically they will be giving the enemy one hell of a fire fight. Now this is your chance! Slip in from behind and either: Show no Mercy and Kill them all from behind. (Usually preferred if teammates are drugging. Then let one of the faster and professional teammates carry the flag. Don't ever let a noob carry a flag. Take the flag and run like hell. When attempting option #2, do analyze what you're opponents are. If there is a Freeze, get as far away from him as possible. Run, run, Run! However, think of it like a Football game. . .. not Soccer. . . Football. . . Look at the skirmish between your team, and your enemy's. It is like the line-up of a Football game, no? If you see a hole where you can get through, DO IT. That is a very smart tactic. Why? The enemy will be thinking that you will exit through the backdoor, not through them. :) and Logically that hole will be covered soon. Furthermore, when you do that, you just breached sanctuary. Your enemy has to fight through your team, to get to you. And not to mention by the time they do that, you're miles away! Woot! So yeah, the summary of what I meant was you pass by your enemies. :D Usually only attempt this with a Light hull. Any other hull? No. However, like I said, get as far away as you can from the Freezes. If there is an enemy Freeze fighting your teammates, don't do what I said above. Just exit through another path. You don't want that Freeze to touch you. You're a light hull! Use your speed, agility, and size to do your bidding! Although the tactic I mentioned above usually requires good maneuvering. . . which Wasp has. Hornet on the other hand has drifting. . . .it might get in your way.

Is that. . . .. is that BarbaFenner?! :o I remember him as the guy who rarely posted, but was a dedicated Locker of Topics. . . ^_^ Which certainly isn't a bad thing. . .we could sure use some of that these days.. . :P Anyways. . . @Disorderly: Very nice idea! I like it. :D But I think you could change it so that you could still latch that affect onto multiple tanks. Like say you shoot a Titan 4 times, and then you shoot a Hornet once, and then you go back to shooting the Titan, the 4 shots are not lost. . . . And in addition to that, Smoky gameplay would be changed a lot. . . . so a refund for Smoky!  Thumbs up for me, since I don't use Smoky anymore. :) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Eh. But Smoky's critical is meant to kill you on the spot if you think about it. I mean, like I said, don't be afraid to receive deaths in Tanki Online. It's unlimited. I always love taking up enemy Mines because I'm a fast Wasp. I can just come back again, and the taken Mine would either waste the user's supply, or make way for Teammates. And if he/she doesn't put another one, I can always cap a flag, which hurts them a lot more. Especially if I come back and kill the actual Mine layer. But not going off topic, Smoky is Thunder's little brother, right? Thunder is meant to be messy, focusing on splashing multiple opponents. Smoky however, must focus on singular enemies. So to eradicate it at once, that's where the Critical comes in. I don't mind it at all. Just keep going, and try not to get hit by that Smoky. It is also a nice idea for another gun. . .. true. . . . . ^_^ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Furthermore: @JayJey: What hull do you use? . . . . .because Savannah and Needle. . when I go up against those annoying paints, the Critical is nerfed immensely. And don't even talk about the normal hits. . . the resistance is definitely there. . . . If you use a Hornet/Wasp, then of course your Hp is still drastically lowered. When I get targeted by a Smoky, I don't just keep running in a straight line. You have to start zig-zagging or get off the open field and into a bunch of buildings. . . . And the small shots that are not criticals do build up. For Medium hulls, alright, I assume M2 Viking. 220/ You should still have enough health to get cover or fight back, no? And heavy hulls. .. . well I doubt any Smoky wants to waste his time on that. . .:P

My first New Years' Gold Box. :D

Hornet ^ If not, Titan. Do not ever buy Mammoth. Do not ever use Mammoth. If you want Mammoth, go for Titan. If you get Mammoth, you just wasted your crystals for a useless piece of junk.

Semyon: ''When you meet other tankers in battles it's sometimes difficult to determine the outcome of the fight.'' Could he possibly be referring to paints? Alien/Mary ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hmmmmmm. It could be supplies, true. . . . . but with the 24%, that rules out drugs. Paints it is! :O
-
Critical is fine. Besides, in Tanki you have unlimited Life. I'm not sure why people are so scared to get destroyed unless they're addicted to good ratings.. . . .
-
I think they said prototypes will be arriving in January. Just wait I guess. . .
-
And you're forgetting Thunder's ability to hit multiple opponents, or hit opponents that can't be seen whereas Smoky must hit them directly. :)
-
Especially Thunder's OP in the early ranks.
-
When Nightmode arrives, I'm going to call Freeze my LED light bulb. . .
-
Just get Needle or Savannah. And just because it is given to you in the beginning does not mean it should be the worst gun. Without the critical hit, it's completely boring. . . But then again I'll be happy if they refund it since I bought it at 50% off in another sale quite a while ago. Furthermore, it's a pretty expensive gun ranging at 114k for M2. . .so you get what you pay for. :O
