Well, like I told you.. "You have the skill, but you need to determine how to use in a good way." And, as you can see, some people are callig you a king. Don't let them down, being a king means being good and being successful in any way.

Don't worry, when it was my first time duelling someone in sandbox there is a strategy. When you and your enemy are both damaged, you let yourself get killed first and then you catch up with the flag-carrier and kill them. But try not to ger damaged or killed. While they are spawning, you return your flag and then grab their flag and capture their flag quickly as possible. This game isn'tonly about skill but also cleverness.
