Dropping the flag for no reason is generally caused by lag, refresh your browser and it should fix the problem

I wouldn't recommend sending Hazel or Semyon a pm for the mere reason that they are extremely busy with more important things, rather just post something here and they will have a look at it :)

Press the button on main screen and enable certain features. This should make the visuals look better :). If this doesn't help, Please provide a screenshot from your account (How to take screenshot) depicting these visuals., also take a look Here for more info on what each button does

I would recommend you restart your router or try another browser. Sometimes, your anti-virus blocks certain, turn off your anti-virus for a brief period and test if it works. if it does then you have located the problem, and will have to add Tankionline.com to the list of allowed sites. If this does not fix the problem write an email to support and they should be able to help you :)

Flash does not have the capabilities that Tanki Online is looking for and therefore it is essential for them to move to unity (especially if they wish for mobile play to become possible), unity is easy to download so you should have not problems if you have not got it at the moment. Lastly it is impractical to have 2 versions of the game running at the same time, as this would just distract the developers from actually improving the game.

the deadline was created before they knew how many entries there would be, so the deadline had to cater for many entries in case there were, also by the looks of things the panel of judges are quite big so they also need time to reach an agreement

I think everyone is misunderstood, from what i read i gathered that the law prohibits games from marketing there game as free when, in fact there are purchases involved (including in-game purchases) so all tanki would have to omit is the phrase 'free to play' from advertising and general description and they should be fine... Not much of a big deal if you ask me, and to answer your question, no it wont affect tanki in terms of player experience

I think thunder is underpowered, mainly for its distance:damage ratio, in order to succeed with thunder you have to be very close, which puts you at risk to close range weps and mainly leads to self-damage .The most common protection on a paint is thunder, as well as it being on the most popular paints such as: rustle, emerald and prodigi, this acts as a sort of nerfing. This is why thunder is not that effective. at close range a thunder m3 should be able to 2-shot kill a hornet m3 at close range as it is supposed to be most effective as a close range wep.
