No, such feature isn't planned. You will be able to upgrade hulls, turrets and paints.

These paints are not for russian tournaments, they are for everyone. Then next big thing that will be done for the english comminity is reworking rules for cybersport. As a result, all three communities will take part in joint tournaments and competitions. English clans will fight with german and russian ones. The same goes to teams. There will be official tandem and solo battles. That's where these paints are necessary.

The delay of freeze effect has been changed by about 4%, that's not that significant. Yes, it was a bug which unfortunately was found after some time. We apologize for this, especially to Freeze guys like you. As for correcting the balance of guns it won't be done under pressure from guys you described. Or under pressure from anyone. The stats will be changed according to players' feedback. This was a bug in the game code that made the freezing effect kick in faster. It was lowered by about 4%. Now it works as it should, as it was designed during the Rebalance.

It's not related. The Freeze bug was found accidentally when programmers were improving the anti-cheat system.

I perfectly understand you and we are sorry that we haven't found out it before. However, now Freeze works as it was supposed to work, this is what it should be. Freeze wasn't nerfed it was fixed, there was a bug and it was detected and corrected. Actually now it takes 4.5 % (or about that) more time to fully freeze an enemy tank. So it's not as dramatic as you describe. In future freeze won't be nerfed unless it's necessary, as I previously said there will be extra changes in balance to make all the guns equaly capable. This is where we need your feedback and experience to make everything perfectly balanced.

When you get next modification you'll have to start from the beginning. However, there's a chance that you'll be able to buy next modification cheaper. Actually this thing was only with Freeze. However, after friends system and micro-upgrades, one of the next tasks for us will be to check the overall balance of other guns and hulls. So certain stats of some items may be slighlty changed.

I'll clarify everything for you guys. After receiving lots of complaints about Freeze our game designers decided to check everything. In the process of correcting errors in the game code we found a minor bug that was making the freezing effect stronger and faster than it was meant to be. The bug has been corrected and now Freeze works as it should and as it was designed after the rebalance. The changes are very small but there are some, yes.

It is not 100% confirmed yet but most likely you will be able to fully micro-upgrade ai item as soon as you purchase it in Garage.

It will be ready as soon as possible. Yes I said soon, because if you consider the amount of work arlready done, you'll understand that not that much is left. In russian videoblog it was said that both micro-upgrades and friends system will most likely be ready in 2 or 3 weeks.
