Alright, let me tell you whole truth. (I bought 20$, spent on Tanki, Tanki never gave) So, I walked to burgerking to get a 20$ gift card because I saw that it was one of the payment options for Tanki crystals. It was also very close, only 1 KM away. It was also the only thing open at the time, 6:00AM to 12:00PM. I got the gift card and came back home. On my laptop, I loaded the card onto the payment system, it said 20$ on card or something like that. I gave PaymentWall my phone number, my 4 number pin. It loaded. And then, I had to wait a long time. My card then said 0$ balance. So I was like "Baby babby baby wooo and" NO, I was like "yay I'm a dirty little buyer B) ^_^ :D :P ". I quickly went onto Tanki. It did say that the crystals don't come right after you purchase them. So I waited since it was all the way in Netherlands where Tanki is. I waited, hours passes. Tears wept. Anticipation. Thoughts in my head "What if I did it wrong? What if I got scammed? What if the gift card doesn't work, I never go to burgerking, so why go now?" So, I reported this issue at the bottom of the "BUY" page. I also emailed help@tankionline (trust me you do not want to go there, it takes days to answer you). I asked them if my payment went in as I did go back to Burger King to see if I had money in my card left. It had passes the 3x Crystals, so I had decided to just use the card to get my sister and me some good burgers. Turns out, no money in the card. I got mad, furious. I started to ask questions. I asked the cashier if she was joking. She said "No sir, if you think the card was stolen by someone (since I brought the receipt with my name on it). She looked at me weird saying "It never goes to exactly 0$ unless you spent like 30$ and paid 10$." There I was, shocked that my most favorite game that I have been playing for almost 5 years, the game that I spent days on end playing. That cherished all the memories of all my friends, from when we were little kids, and not in High School now. Tanki shared these moments with me, but then it just really went downhill from there. I emailed "help@tankionline" they gave me crap. Sorry for swearing, but they told me to wait 24 hours on top of 8 hours on top of 24 hours. It was terrible service, and yet they still have the nerves to ask me to voice my opinion on their service. I gave them my honest answer "so slow it's painful". I emailed them a couple times. All robots that got my emails. Tanki doesn't care if they already have your money! So, I thought that to myself. I got sofurious, then I came across PC-JACK. (Yeah, we met before tho cause he almost banned me a bunch of times). He helped me start this successful forum post. He encouraged me to keep trying. He shared his connection however. "How does a consultant of Tanki, also have the same problem I am having right now?". Tanki is doing this A LOT, and it's random. So it's not just the burgerking gift card, not just cause it's PayPal, it's Tanki. So, on this post, I have made a friend. Gheorgh, as my other friends I already met, they helped me a lot. But gheorgh, this guy was stubborn. Oh how he wanted to help me so bad, that it hurt having to say "Yup, already done!" This guy has helped me a lot, helped me get views (Coodies to this guy I think that's how you spell it...). Well, sale is on now. I don't have the crystals. Merry Christmas Tanki, have fun with a little guy's 20 bucks, go spend it on garbage. I really am dissapointted in how terrible Tanki is, but how amazing the Tanki community is. Thank you guys, but it's over, Tanki isn't going to give it to me. I wasted 20$.

I just realized that once I got onto PaymentWall, fraps stopped recording, screenshots were blank pages saying Payment Wall, nothing worked. This isn't a lie.

Also, if Tanki was generous, I wouldn't have to wait 24 hours for 1 reply telling me to wait 8 other hours in Russian. Gold boxes wouldn't be favored to 1 particular person and I won't get banned for insults every time I say someone is sabotaging.

You can't break a strong steel knife with 1000 potatoes!!! But if you had a laser you could!!! I want Google or Norton to ask Tanki why it doing this!!! As I think Google already has laser guns and Norton quarantines everything I download.

Sale in 2 hours what do we do (AR12GAMING and gheorgh as they helped me along the way)??? I really just need crystals, BurgerKing says they won't refund me cause that's like eating a burger at their place, saying it was delicious and then complaining that it tasted horrible!!! You can't refund something you bought and used!!! I need my crystals!!! 2 hours and I need my crystals!!! Aghh Tanki I need my crystals, Payment Wall hasn't sent me any emails in 3 days saying what they did wrong that couldn't give me my crystals!

Danm I shouldd't have placed this under "problems and solutions" because there really is no solution unless Tanki does something.

In Canada you can use Burgerking for Tanki as Canada and America is very similar when it comes to restaurants.Sale in 2 hours, I really need my crystals!!! Plus PaymentWall refuses to answer my email after 3 days.

Dude, get more views guys I want my crystals before the sale!!! Nothing I did wrong, so why don't I have any crystals?!!? They should have double the complaint dudes when a crystal sale takes part!!! Because you know, if 1 in 1000 people don't receive crystals, that ould be 100 people who didn't receive their crystals!!!

This is the only place, I also wrote a review to Norton about Tanki payment issues and to beware at your own cause because I bought Norton for my family computer so we don't have to buy one every year.

Dude, don't buy crystals on anything from Tanki, it's not in Canada or America where it's highly illegal to take peoples money without anything in return. However, if Tanki keeps this up and internet users keep complaining... It could get shut down as Tanki is based in the Netherland, I don't know their limits I don't know much about them besides they took my hard earned 20$.

Alright Openbucks is working with me finally. However, I think that this is truly unfair, and I should still definately get x3 card due to Tanki being atrociously late (30 hours to tell me to email verifyme@paymentwall.com) and so I truly think that after doing all this and only getting x1 card, I should get x3, tho it was still Tanki's fault at hand for OpenBucks wrong and trusting them, I don't need compensation, only the 138k crystals I was very hopefully hoping to get. However, the sale starts in 2 days and at the rate of my getting emails and help, I'd be lucky to get the crystals in 2015.

Guys of tanki, can I please just get my 138k crystals please,I only want to buy some things that I been saving for years.It would really make me happy, and you won't lose a loyal player. UGH I WENT TO BURGERKING AGAIN TO COMPLAIN, THEY SAID SORRY AND OFFERED ME FREE FRIES, BETTER THAN TANKI FOR SURE!!! I WENT AFTER PIANO UGHHH. The lady at Burgerking told me that the card has been spent on something... But I'm the only one who know about the card, you can't hack a gift card!!! What did I spend it on? Huh? I wish it was world of tanks!!!

Alright Openbucks says that I didn't complete the transaction (B**S***) and that pretty much I gotta get a new gift card, but if I did, I don't have any money and I don't have any patience, nor the x3 crystal card!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS??? NO, IT'S NOT!!!
