y cant people who are above 14 can become MOD

I hate this update with shaft ... And i also hate micro ugrade too...

then in new PHy shaft is 10 time better than railgun :angry:

i think u have to make some update on railgun tooo ... coz if shaft is like this railgun is waste ....

Sadly i am using railgun as my main weapons .... :( ..... railgun need 2.2 sec for charge and shaft just need 3 sec -_- .... this a boring update
