i never saw connection closed problem because of 999 ping.... and are you sure you didn't got the crystals? they won't be able to help you unless you will give them a pic of that battle. take this note and always take a pic with your score (fullscreen) so that if this type of problem occurs then tanki can help you out.

did you lose your internet connection? if yes. how much time was left for the battle to end? if less than 5 minutes were left then you probably have gotten the reward, just reload and check for it. if it was more than 5 minutes, then what you can only do is that you should send a screenshot of the battle (if you have one while you had high score and the fund was more than 2000) to help@tankionline.com for more info, check these topics =>How to get your crystals back if you were kicked from the battle due to server's fault. =>"Connection closed by server" - When, why and what?

Problem fixed, you can close this; if someone has the same problem then this is the solution: change the old account's discipline game id to something else and then you can change the second one to your original game id Thanks to remaine for answering
