i got a technique to defeat him but it would require player's co-operation in dm. small fast tanks can plant mines around him and can quickly run away. the mines will slow him down. all the long range weapons can keep firing at him from a safe distance while he struggles to get out of the mine trap. i have also heard he is vulnerable to mines and critical damage of smoky. firebird and freeze have no effect.
