Tanki online has lots of laggs and slow loading, this happens to many players including me, many topics are made about this... I am sorry about your laggs, Also if you have Google chrome Try deleting the cached images and files, also once you get into the game go to settings and unchecked all the setting that might make the game slow down, For now that's all you can do..... :) Good luck.

I hate the recorder on most cpus, you need a quite room with your face far away from mic, and speak with more power and clearer. that should help a lot..
