This is different.... this topic is about the speed of the browser, particularly gecko based browsers. i know about that topic but i made this new one to help people who are struggling to have some smooth gameplay...... Well as u guys saw from my previous posts, i am testing ways to make tanki online play smoothly, without any lag. This time i tested some browsers, and i will tell u my results and some recommendations. letsgo. first i tested the four most common browsers (IE, chrome, firefox, and opera) by entering tanki online through each of the browsers. (I timed how long it took with a stopwatch) I repeated that several times until i got and average time from each of the browsers IE 45sec chrome 1min 3sec firefox 38sec opera 1min 7sec as you can see, firefox was the fastest. but i took this a little further...... if you know anything about firefox, it is based on Mozilla's gecko engine. So i searched the internet for gecko based browsers and i came up with these four browsers: pale moon, k-meleon, seamonkey, and waterfox. i tested these four using the same timing method an got these results: pale moon 31sec k-meleon 35sec seamonkey 47sec waterfox 39 as you can see, for me, at least, pale moon is the fastest...... so i played with pale moon and the gameplay sucked....... Just kidding.... THE GAMEPLAY WAS AWSOME!!!!!!!!♥♥♥♥♥♥!!!!!! I love pale moon browser!!!! hey guys here is my next post on speeding up internet to speed up tanki online this one will adjust the max number of connection per server 1. press windows key + r 2. search regedit 3. go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE→SOFTWARE→Microsoft→Windows→CurrentVer sion→Internet Settings 4. look for two files named MaxConnectionsPerServer and MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server 5. if you find them skip to step 7 6. if not heres how to make the files: right click→NEW→DWORD Value→name the files MaxConnectionsPerServer and MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server 7. double click one of the files→click decimal→input value you want (the higher the better) 8. do this for both files 9. restart your computer thats it. hope you liked my post (another one coming soon)

hello guys i just wanted to tell you guys some small tweaks to increase internet speed (which will increase tanki online speed). what this does is clean your dns cache 1. press windows key + r 2. search cmd 3. right click cmd and open as admin 4. type this: ipconfig/flushdns 5. press enter thats it. another way what this does is disable global autotuning which slows down your internet 1. do steps 1 - 3 from the above 2. type this: netsh interface tcp set global autotuning = disabled 3. press enter 4. restart computer thats it. comment if you liked my post. heres another one: http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=244336&do=findComment&comment=4342555 heres another one: this one will make the bandwith limit 0% which you will be able to access all 100% of your internet bandwith 1. press windows key + r 2. search gpedit.msc 3. go to: computer configuration→administrative templates→network→QOS packet scheduler→double click it 4. click enabled 5. if the % is at zero skip to step 7 6. if it isnt change the % number to zero 7. click apply and then click ok 8. restart your computer thats it. comment if it worked (more tweaks coming soon)

Hey guys i know many of you use standalone flash player to play (i do too). ^^ But there has been a lot of complaints about the links not working so i have decided to update. first go here: http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html and download standalone flash. (for those of you who cant find it, on the homepage it is called flash player projector, not standalone flash player). Open the standalone flash player........click file.....click open.......paste a link.....BUT..... The russian links have not changed, but the english links have. What i mean by that is that c1 does not equal server 1.
