Even if forum posts are 'deleted' the post count remains idle, or in other words, post count remains the same no matter what. It is not possible to delete one's post count easily. Moderators do not have the ability to do such. Nor is it required. Maybe you're mistaking.

While you were loading the battle, the server might have assigned you as the player of the opposite(red) team. This isn't much of a glitch either, gets fixed as soon as you spawn. You can notice the same in CP battles - sometimes the server assigns the loading player to the enemy team, sometimes to neutral(kinda like spectator) — but as soon as the player spawns the group/team is corrected. The game messages are interpreted according to the player's assigned battle group/team.

Hey, A player cannot determine who hacked/hacks or not. Only tech support can. If a player proclaims that someone is a hacker, it does not imply the player actually is a hacker. It's just random words and no one should pay attention to it. Don't worry - we do not block accounts for hacking unless it is 100% proven eligible for ban/block. Closed

This issue can occur when the system does not read the user's action, that is, if you click on any other tab/program/anything other than the client whilst pressing Z or X, the system will not be able to read that the user has 'left' the client and will work on the last action. Simply put - if you turn your turret whilst clicking elsewhere other than the game-screen/client, the system will read your last action only - user held Z key. Just click on the screen back, it should fix it. It can also occur if a random software/window opens and becomes your primary window. Repeating the same method stated above can fix that as well.

This issue can occur due to high ping, changing browser, clearing cookies or server lags as well. Do you have a stable internet connection? If you've recently changed your browser, the core files will take some time to run the game for the new browser - but this usually does not happen. The servers are loaded normally in different browsers as well. If by chance the core file of the game have been deleted from your PC/browser, the game will re-download it. Consequently, the loading of the first battle you'd enter after the re-downloading process will be quite slow but will go back to normal after a few attempts.

Technically speaking, a 1GB graphics card with at least 4 GB RAM should give you a 45-50 fps on full settings according to Tanki Online. I've used a 1 GB, 2 GB as well as 4GB graphics card for tanki. 1 GB does give around 40-50 FPS at full on most maps, 60 in small maps like Island/Duel/Zone etc. 2 GB gives a dead 60 FPS for almost all maps. For some of the largest maps of Tanki like Dusseldorf, your FPS might be inbetween 55 and 60 most of the time, which is actually pretty convenient. 4 GB is pretty high end for a game like Tanki. It gives 60 in all maps at full settings. That's what I have right now for my PC, pretty nice. I'd go for a 2 GB graphics card if my budget was low/average. 2 gigs GPU isn't really too expensive. If you're planning on buying a new PC/Laptop for Tanki, I'd suggest you to buy Dell Inspireon 15 5000 Series(my previous laptop with 2 gigs of gpu). It's actually very cheap and very convenient for TO. Useful topic

Hey, We appreciate your concern for players. However, we already have an in-detail article on our helpsite. We do know account security is critical for any game, so it's compulsory for the game's administration to provide an in-detail guide about account security. ;) http://help.tankionline.com/topics/2365-how-to-protect-your-account-against-phishers-scammers-hackers/

As answered above: The system will only read the time of purchase. So, if you purchase premium(7 days) at 1st of May, it'll go away 7 days after regardless of the purchaser's activity. Please use the help site for asking questions instead of creating topics on the forum.
