A purchase made at the time of you receiving/having DCC doubles the crystal' amount when you buy. You get your crystals back within a few minutes really, you normally do not wait more than a day.

Hey there. Such a problem is a glitch which happens to some battles while the battle is ongoing. It is a problem chat moderators can assist to fix and reset/put things in order again on the battle clock. You must try to call a chat moderator to the battle as fast as you can. A common and most useful way is to make use of invitation mode. If you do not have a chat moderator in your friends, then try to take as much photos(as in solid evidence) as you can and follow the steps guided in this topic and file in a report. Hopefully you'll get your share of crystals from that battle. It doesn't matter what time or day, they will be sent to you by the one responsible for fixing such problems(Tech support mostly). Hammer has been released.. so that means that turret first needs to spend a lot more time on the game. Machine gun-like turret should be out one day as well. That adds up to 2 turrets. Since 2 new ones are kinda out and are fresh ones, why not try those out and after spending decent amount of time using it, gaining experience about how it works and send suggestions to the Developers? If they consider your suggestion(s), they'll probably use that information on a new turret if there is going to be any. ;)

Please search thoroughly in the forum first before starting a topic. If that is to be done regularly, the forum would contain a small amount of spam/flood and the moderators wouldn't close such topics by giving a link to a similar and original/very first topic of the same idea which had come into existence a while or a certain time ago. ;) Post your garage! Killing opponents in battle is completely legal. Regardless of GB falling or not, you can kill your opponents. However sabotaging, purposely damaging(in Friendly fire checked battles) and deliberately dragging your team to loss is strictly prohibited and there are consequences. Erm... how can one judge a kill if it is shown in a picture? Obviously not easy to do so. An easy kill can look very complex one in a picture, whereas a video showing that kill would be a neat idea. I'll let you go with this idea, but if it results in inactivity this topic shall get closed.

You can easily switch servers by changing the URL. Sometimes even the URL would cause an error. In that case close the tab, open a new one and type down the server's link to the one you wish to go to. Following are a couple of server links. When that happens, just hang on for a few minutes. It takes at least 2 or 3 minutes to load and then spawn a tank. Test server and TTT aren't the same thing. ;)

Hey there! Firstly you must agree to the Game rules we have - they clearly state that sharing of account(s); sharing password, is forbidden and there is a ban for doing such an activity. As you have noticed sharing password(s) end up as a bad thing; end up banned or blocked. So please keep your account information to yourself.
