So, I'm not sure if we will ever even find a pattern or just a stop, but it's not impossible and it's not infinity.

Did they get 9 kills then stop before they could enter Private? How did you get to play in a battle with ALL those guys and they're still Recruits? Maybe, 1...but that would be a VERY low chance to meet a Recruit, with that nickname, and he still hasn't ranked. But 4? How did you find those names out?
