Just to make it clear he is going to email tankionline help desk on a different E-mail account that isnt linked to his account He is trusting you on this. :)

You dont understand what situtation he is in. He has forgeten his email that was linked to his account. So if he does write to tanki and things do go wrong, tanki will just say he lied.

He did that and didnt work.

But should he email that his account got hacked or forgot his email first?

Both.

He cant because he forgot the email that was linked to his tanki account. What should my brohter do first, say that he forgot his email or say that he is hacked? BTW, he has proof that he linked his email to his altrnaive email.

So what should he do?

Okay I was on the forum 2 days ago and someguy posted a link saying is this topic true?... The topic was on the russian forum and it said 80% and it looked totally legit. Then i clicked disscus in forum and my brohter logged on his account for the forum(russian),Link_1119, but then it said it didnt recognise the account and said to write the email and password. So my brother was halfway doing it and he felt it was a scam so he closed the tab. Then he went on the en forum to see if there was 80% but when he logged in it said incorrect password or username. Then he typed it again and it said your account will be automatically unlocked in 15mins. He tried after 15mins and same thing happend. He tried the next day and same thing happend again, even logging in tanki it said inncorrect passowrd or username(not forum). He hasnt been on his accciunt for 2 days now and he cant change the password becuase he forgot the email that was linked to it. How should he approach this problem and what shpuld he do first? Email tanki that he forgot his email or saying he is hacked?? Or is it just the tanki secrutiy or did he get hacked. Please reply as ASAP, thanks. BTW, he has proof that he linked his email to another email.
