I think itts obviously on smartcooldowns, cause theres only a supply activated only 1. See the bottom right, Theres only a double power on one of them where theres a double protection on the other, So the clue might be smartcooldowns, Hoped its correct

Its unreversible, and if you leave good for you , you lost your account , which i would suggest those who leave must give back your account

Its not actually wasting , you can still drug by normal , which in the future i think there is a skill bar and its good to have more drugs though , GOOD UPDATES :)

Its good though , best to have double power for your info
