I deleted my RR3 weeks ago, If i want to play obviously i'll download it but will i get to play RR3 with my old data? Like the cars i already owned, after the re-install would they be shown?

All you need is a 2GB Graphics card to run Tanki with 60 FPS at max Graphics, So find a AMD or Nvidia (reccomended) if you can. Focus on your Graphics Card and Motherboard (Top priority) and then proceed to other stuff such as Casing,Fans,PSU,RAM.
