i figured it guys. i have found everyones solution u need Adobe Flash Player version 10.0.22.87 or higher is required to play in tanki if it still says error or if it still says under maintenance. how do i know this because i refreshed the page and it said it. u might have to translate it from russian though using google translater.

well first off its me who started this problem and i have been waiting 5 days to play tanki but every time it says still under maintenance and i'm getting really mad at this anyway cause i wanna play tanki really bad. i cant stand it any longer. it feels like I've been waiting forever and ever. i feel left out and hacked and many other things that make me mad for tanki.
