There was no reason to remove them, just because the idea of making 100 crystal boxes failed does not mean they should be removed overall, it was one of the features in the game that didn't make gameplay go overkill and over competitive

Between the buildings in Island. You need to have a Mammoth hull for your best chance at grabbing this one. Rather than hanging back and waiting like you do with normal Golds, get on the drop zone as soon as possible and have a repair kit ready. Everyone will naturally try to shoot you and push you off the zone, but you're wedged in between the buildings like a cork in a bottle, so there's not much pushing that will keep you from this Gold. :blink: Titan has more pushing power, only twice has a mammoth beaten me to gold in island, the rest my titan took

Total cost: Twins has unlimited ammo and fires in one direction where as smoky only fires single shots and is more expensive at m3, which do you think is going to cost more to micro upgrade? And besides 200,000 crystals difference in upgrades do not make much of a difference, remember that some turrets cost more at m1, m2 and m3, but their total price is also similiar
