I always used to be able to play fine at all times of the day... and so you think it's suddenly my internet connection? I'm 90% sure it's a server-side problem.

1.8 MBPS - slow, but has always let me play problem free, until now. As I mentioned in the original post, I haven't got screenshots of the battle so I can't get my crystals back :/

Firstly, I know that it's not somebody logging into my account because I've already changed my password and it still happens. Also, I've already tried many of the steps in them topics and they have not helped in any way.

Have been constantly losing connection over the past few days, and getting 'Connection closed by server'. On top of that, I was just playing on the winning team of a Berlin CTF, with a rapidly increasing fund of 8000 crystals, when I suddenly got the 'Fatal error'. I managed to rejoin, however got this 'fatal error' again several more times, until when I tried to rejoin I ended up back on the battle menu. So that was 1 hour of playing wasted, and probably a few thousand crystals lost -_-. I know I could contact Tanki Online and request the crystals I lost, however I didn't take screenshots of the battle (who has time to take screenshots of every battle in case they lose connection?!). Note: I've checked and my internet speeds are fine. I've also tried clearing my flash cache, re-installing flash, etc, etc, etc

I don't believe there is another way to re-activate your copy of Windows without the activation key. :/

Yep, I'm also suffering these problems. I've checked and my internet speed is normal, however the green loading bar moves very slowly and I keep getting the 'connection closed by server'.

There are certain spots on each map where there is a chance it will drop. Learn the hotspots on each map, and then pick a spot and wait by it when the gold box is dropping. If you're lucky it'll be yours :P

I get DCC almost every other day... I have a slight feeling they want my money -_-

I just reached Colonel and I was planning to buy M2 Smoky (my last M2 before I save for M3s), but since the mini-rebalance it appears to be a lot more underpowered, especially the critical chance and damage. Can anyone back this up? Or is M2 Smoky still powerful?

M3 Thunder, M3 Viking with Rustle would work great ;)

I'm in the same situation; my M2 Viking hasn't got the edge that it had before the rebalance. Not sure whether to wait for M3 Viking or get M2 and then M3 Titan..
