How about you kindly read my original post. I never said that the data center location affected your internet speeds, which it obviously doesn't. What I did ask is if it had affected your loading speed, which it might do, depending on your location and how far away away you are from the data center. As I mentioned, someone who lives on the other side of the world may experience a higher ping and packet loss.

The location of the data center can affect your connection speed with the Tanki Online servers. If you are located closer to the data centers, you will likely have a lower ping, whereas someone on the other side of the world might have a higher ping, and therefore more lag.

Have your loading speeds been faster or slower since the move to a new data center? I live in the UK, and personally have not noticed a change in speed.

Save up and buy M1 Hornet directly. Microupgrading will waste a lot of crystals.

You're experiencing lag. It could be down to your internet speed, all you can do is try refreshing the page, or check your internet speeds to see if they are lower than normal.

So you'd say M2 Viking is enough of an improvement on M2 Hornet to make it worth the price? If that makes sense.

I normally use M2 Railgun, M2 Isida or M1 Thunder (M2 soon), with M2 Hornet. I want to get a stronger hull that will work well with these turrets, any suggestions? I'm thinking maybe M2 Viking or Titan.

Good for a temporary solution, but I don't wanna be forced to play DMs all the time because CTFs and TDMs are plagued with mults, and at my current rank I seem to be finding more and more of them.

Until a proper downloadable client is released, I don't think we'll see Tanki Online on Steam. Steam is for downloading games, not for browser games
