Dictator is good, but I preffer viking. But viking M3 is not worth it. Only 20 more hp and 0.5 more speed. Hehe almost no difference with M2. If I ever reach Generalisimo I will buy Dictator M3.

Thats a glitch, I have had that too. Sometimes when the tanki servers are overloaded it takes ages to load and the chat is still visible. Pretty awesome tough.

At these days you can't even get M2 rail by sms buying. Or you will need a 1000 text messages.
