Rail m3 only better cuz it looks cooler, and it only makes a difference in format battle performance in 1v1.I actually miss m2 rail, because your enemies under estimate you often. (Although your team may call you mult, noob, etc.)

I will do ALL I can to get 20k more crystals till iron days. (Considering its 25%). This is nearly impossible because of school. If I really like the combos rail wasp, and hammer wasp like I think I will, should i buy prodigy next?

Usually when someone joins a battle and has tons of score, it's not hacking. I joined a battle 1-2 years ago, got auto 6k score and alkyd away with 12k crystals 3 minutes later xD
