but they reply me that crystal wasted my relatives or friend can't be return...i said my account was hacked but they are giving me an appropriate answer...i also told them that my account was hacked....my relative or friend didn't waste my crystal...even my password is known to anyone...i said them that check the IP address who entered to my account ....it would unknown..i am not getting any help from them...

My Nickname: dharmin on 15-4-2014 i got message that connection closed then i reload ...then i enter my password...it came password is incorrect then i reset my password and then i opened my account only 1 k crystal were left in my account then i go to garage and see that the hacker brought 1000 supplies in my account and mued the hornet and viking and also speed up the mu...i can know that mu were speedup because in 30 min ...hacker can't mu my hornet health 10 step...without speeding up..i wrote this issue to help@tankionline but they saying they can't help me..they said i wasted my crystal myself..i also said them that check the IP from where my account was accessed but they said the issue is closed ...i said i am sure that there will unknown IP who entered to my account but they still not helping me...i lost my 158,000 crystal..please help me to recover..
