You already have mammy m2, and electra is a nice paint. So the only thing you're getting out of that 250k is Inferno and Rico M2, which would be a huge ripoff, even with the drugs.

There are literally no Freeze M1s at my rank... Yes, Viking does have good health, but I'm not sure if the extra health compensates for it's lack of speed

Viking still seems ok, but I don't like that's its the lighest, so it can't push other people... will hunter or viking be the norm?

Cuz I need to rank up and get 17k in order to get it.... I just read the rebalance post and looks like hunter is now the best hull. Viking is now much weaker, Titan was nerfed but wasp is much better. Ok, to sum it up, what's the best hull after the rebalance?

Viking M2 or Titan M2 or Wasp M2? I already have a light hull so I might not get Wasp, I'm not a huge fan of heavy hulls, and viking suits all my needs. Should I get it?

Should I get Viking M2 or Titan M2? Titan doesn't go well with Rail, and I'm not a heavy hull fan. Viking M2 goes well with all my guns, so it would be a nice all rounder, but I do not have Thunder M2 to go with it.

M2 and M3 are pretty similar, I would probably M2 it because it can still be used against high ranks.

Probably Smoky M2, but if you want a quick and cheap M3 you can get Shaft M2 and then Shaft M3.

medium kit m3 has smoky and hunter m3...
