ste cheack clan red division.its leader was khm and everyone loved him and respected him.everyone there i think was big ranked.he was leader so he had some qualities which made him leader.

how can we know that the vote was from member or non-member?

dont be mad.and i think khm deserves to be co-leader and he is good skilled.he got vote so it means members love him.anyways he will not directly become co-leader if he wins.
