You're not meant to sit out in the open and die with Wasp, neither is that the case with Hornet. Speed is a huge factor for light hulls. Let the Meds and Heavies eat all the shots Depends on what hull you are talking about ;)

^Forgot turning speed :) Given that it's a light hull, IMO, speed > HP. Also, light hulls aren't meant for pushing so high weight and power isn't required (But Wasp does have good acceleration, more so then weight, but we all know the argument there :P)
