To me the fire rate is whats OP. Thanks goodness its getting reduced and being the same at every modification.

At m0 freeze is better. At m1 both are great if you master them. M2 firebird is better. M3 both are great.

Well this is not for high ranks. Many of these things are useful for high ranks as well. But not all. Many are for begginers and for mid ranks.
