No this was a different colonel

I emailed help@tankionline.com to restore my colonel account because my friend hacked it and gave the password away to random people. I got the account back and Tanki made a password for it and also put my email in it. The person that got the account when my friend gave it away got the account suspended. When Tanki gave me the account back, they did not unsuspend it. I provided them with the right information. Can someone please unban my account? I spent over $1000 on it.
