Do yourself a huge favor and get Viking m3. Smoky m2 and Viking m3 is still a very playable with combo (borderline great) at your rank so long as you pick the right maps. I bought them both on the same sale when I was your rank this summer and I never use hornet except for XP, thats it. Medic over Raiden imo.

Save for a better m1 such as rico, hammer, or twins. In the mean time if you really want to get one, go firebird m1.

So, thoughts on hammer m3, twins m3, and Inferno. I could easily get all 3 on sale day. Or I could wait for prometheus kit. Basically I just play alot of Poly CP/DM and some Noise CTF, and a bit of Island CTF. All turrets would be mounted on 30/50 MU'd Viking m3. Thanks in advance. Stick with rustle paint, so skip the taiga. I have freeze, wouldn't recommend unless you have alot of saved up drugs in order to stay competitive. Hammer and Isida sound decent for you, I'd say Isida. Will pair well with the viking and gives you a strong combo for ranking quickly.

Well I'm a bit dissapointed with this update. All it means is that when I drug in Poly to demolish the other team and get all the cry, I will in fact be losing crystals just by winning :( Too many complaints about CP being boring I guess??? Which it wasn't.

For sure get the m1 twins. You will be significantly more effective in polygon cp with twins when compared to railgun. For your second, I'd say go after m1 hammer. I play with it on one of my alt's, DesertEagleStrike, and it's quite OP in the warrant officer ranks for sure.

Previous post by HaloScorpionV2 made me kinda sad, the thought of tanki as we know it being an after thought, as most players will begin to move to tanki X as soon as it is released this spring. If you have the cry without buying, go for raiden. If not, I say for sure get viking m3 now as it suits your turrets and you could make back the crystals before christmas sale.

Ok thanks. So, I have 360k currently. Should I buy hammer and twins and inferno plus save a bit of cry on sale day, or wait regardless of sale until prometheus kit appears again and spend 430k on it? The thing is, I have viking and hornet and feel that hunter may be a waste thogh i love the fire/zeus.

So I take it you ponied up and bought guardian. Your initial thoughts make it seem not so great. We talked before about you needing twins, and I agree. I think it's possible that if we get 50% at christmas that you could make enough between now and then, only 122k more, and that includes 28k for ranking up. If you no life you could make it easy.

Looks like we are in a similar dilemma though I only have 350k but am the required rank for the kits in question. I'd go with cardinal if I were you. I like to attack the cp a bit faster, so i'm leaning towards a different combo possibly, but thats not to say it wont be successful.

Ok so here's the plan. I want to kick some serious butt in Polygon CP from now till gissimo. What is the best turret/hull/paint combo for me, no matter the cost or unlock rank. I want the combo that will allow me to get to the point, kill, die, and charge back. I'm going for having the highest score and winning the most cry/battle, not necesarilly the highest D/L. Thats tough. I'm going to say isida, viking, MU's because you already have and use mammy m2 alot, and it's nice to switch gameplay up sometimes. Plus, isida + viking is fantastic in poly if you camp in the tunnel right by the point.

Marine is good enough until at leas the lieutenant ranks. Save up for m1's and m2's instead

Yes, quite significantly. For instance, my freeze unleashes an M3.5 damage of 71 hp/sec. Firebird m3 is capped at 73 I believe for m4, however, that does not take into account the burning effect. So, when firebird m3 is attacking a tank it will put out 73 damage/sec plus the burning damage which is happening concurrently. Add that all up and its nearly 104 hp/sec!!! If I and a a guy with fire m2 go head to head with the same hulls, I will kill him and then I will die 2 seconds later from afterburn. In short m3 freeze is roughly equal to m2 firebird, so yes, its UP.

Absoloutely. I'll casually drug as well :) Right now I don't play at all due to the university life. But over break for sure, I'll play enough to make about 8-12k XP/day. And right now I usually make about 1.5cry/1exp as long as I don't play xp/bp battles, so If I gain 50-60k XP I should make about 100k cry pretty easy in 9 days. Winning all the Poly CP battles helps alot! I'll let you know how it goes. Prometheus if you play alot of poly/island/noise. Honestly they are quite similar and will perform well in many of the same types of battles. I'm in the same position as you, and I'd definitely go with Prometheus which I plan to do next time it comes around in the garage.

Agreed, I hope that either redneck, prometheus, or that twins/titan kit are the kits during the Christmas sale so that I can have a slightly better discount than normal. During Christmas sales, those kits will each cost roughly 390-405k or so, and I'm currently only at 270k. So I need to start earning a little more :) Thankfully the university I attend is giving us 9 days off for Thanksgiving here in the U.S, so I should be able to make that amount of cry and rank up by late next week. Personally I feel that nano is superior to picasso and graffiti. The only one I cant stand is graffiti and I would never wear it even with its 50% vulcan protection simply due to the fact that it looks terrrible imo.

Go for the titan/twins/smoky kits at my rank if possible. If you don't rank up by then, go with paladin.

Personally it feels quite boring to play with and while it is decent, it wont be in a couple ranks. So yes, go for that fire m2 and possibly hammer m2, and skip the paint. Good luck.

Taiga if I were you. Looks kinda blah, but in some maps blending in is important. Inferno would be better if freeze wasn't do UP cuz no one uses it. Yes its real good for the next 3-4 ranks. I have viking m3 and love it. Either way you'll be good. Prometheus kit is much better than paladin however.

To be honest, neither of them are even decent at my rank, because you could have them buth m3 by then. So pick the one you are more skilled with and have the intention of taking to m3. The only reasons I say hammer are that the m3 unlocks later, and there are less paints against it that are used prominetely in the game, atleast at your rank.
