Anyone know when the Legend Kit was last in the garage? I have enough crystals for it... It's just a matter of ranking up.

It is true, I play XP/BP all the time.

IMO Rail M2 is the most under powered M2. I have 18/50 MUs on my Rail, yet I still can't one-shot an M1 Wasp. In XP/BP Battles, it takes 3 shots to kill an M2 Hornet.

On TM's day, I will buy Hornet and Railgun M2. I will have about 30-40k crystals left over. Should I get Isida M2 (I already have Freeze M2) or should I get Rico M1 and then save for M2?

Well, lower ranks get less crystal drops and lower battle funds. Whereas higher ranks get more crystals dropping and massive battle funds. In my opinion, I'd say go to higher ranked battles where crystals drop more often. However, you should also help out your team or else your team will vote you out. (ExtremeTank)
