in my opinion clearly thunder,you dont base on your teamates to damage the enemy tanks,railgun needs to hit weakened tanks to 1 shoot them and thunder can hit multiple enemies because of splash and is better in druggwars(if you know how not to splash yourself a lot)

will be more criticals,the only difference is that no more crits in a row and that is awesome,also critical damage is decreased
