Go to the link gave you. Follow the directions and in your e-mail, tell them that they shouldn't charge you because the name breaks the rules.

^ I'm pretty sure you won't be able to play Tanki on the Surface. The only version of Adobe Flash Player for Windows 8 Surface is basic stuff, like reading PDF files. It's not good enough yet to run apps like Tanki. Hope this helps. :D

I don't recommend any software. Many are scams and some just take more space and very few actually do work. I recommend doing it manually. Go to control panel and uninstall any unwanted programs in Programs. If you don't know what the program is or does, don't uninstall it.
