I found a new bug. Few days agom, I was playing BP with my friend and we had the same combo (wasp rail jaguar). To make an interesting pic, we decided to shoot at the same time and finish the long battle like that. We were talking on the Skype, so I just started counting. 3,2,1.....bam! Foul play discovered and whole battle fund got lost. Please improve that anti-cheat system.

Another possible problem is "Ghosting keyboards". Does that key work individually and doesn't work with other keys? If yes, it means you have ghosting keyboard. You need to buy an unghosting keyboard which can be connected to any computer using USB

You want long? No problem.Probably when your internet connection was gone, someone logged into your account (probably a hacker) and spent your crystals. If you send an email to help@tankionline.com, they will ask these question: 1)what's your nickname 2)how many crystals are missing? 3)when did you notice the items are missing? 4)did anything in your garage appear that you haven't bought? When you answer these questions, they will send you a link that will check your IP to see is that really you or not. After you open the link, help desk will check IP addresses that opened your account and when. If a different IP spent your crystals at the time you said, they will understand that it was a hacker and your crystals will be returned and the bought item will be erased from your account. After changing your password, the hacker won't be able to open your account again and spend your crystals. Next time, don't argue with me :)

Your crystals won't be returned because your situation is almost impossible. How didn't you realise that it was your noob account? There are lot's of difference: rank, crystals, daily prise, etc., so help desk won't believe you.
