Try to fight in less crowded servers like 21 or 24. Maybe your computer is too old. What's your computer specs? Can you play in small maps like island or sandbox? Maybe, your computer can't hold big maps. Also, it is probabab that your internet connection is slow test it here and show us results. Hope i could help :)
