To be suggested, try: Being active on the forum Helping out in Game chat. Answering questions in the Q&A Having good English. Having Excellent knowledge of the game. and lastly, but most importantly, be humble, kind, outgoing, helpful, and understanding. Note that these qualities won't guarantee you getting suggested, neither will it guarantee a position. This is for starters. :) Also, to be a Moderator, you must be at least Second Lieutenant, (some positions require Captain) Skype is needed, and the qualities mentioned above will help.
