Let me begin. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g5DFIPHdw3g Side notes: Incase you are wondering how I resized the plasma balls, it was free transform, shortcut is CTRL + T, hold Shift while resizing to maintain proportions. When you add glow to the plasma balls, make sure the layer is BEHIND the plasma balls but INFRONT of the tank. You don't always need to use Photoshop, just a program that supports transparencies.
