Inner Truths Chapter 2 - Losing Control The sunshine hit me surprisingly, and I stood a few seconds in place to recover. Outside the room, there was a beautiful garden full of flowers and trees with intoxicating smell. I think I knew something had gone wrong, but I couldn't have headed back - I already felt drunk, drugged. I just stood in place, smelling the perfect smell in the garden, and went into a forest which was right besides it. I went between the tall, seemingly-ancient trees, smelled them, and felt on top of the world - the typical feeling which Hallucination Drugs radiate. I continued and continued smelling, effectively aspirating the hallucination-causing air, with no line to separate between a good feeling (which I already had), and an overdose. "Wilkinson! Stop right there!" said a voice behind me. I turned around, staying at the same place, and saw an HK121 Machine Gun pointed right at my forehead. The air poisoned my mind so much, that even such an obvious thing as my name was a riddle for me. A tall, big, orange-haired man loaded with muscles was the one who threatened me with the gun. I was still under the drugs' influence, but I managed to understand that no matter what's the situation - a gun shouldn't be pointed to me. "What - Mister - who are you?" "No need to know my name. If you want one - call me 'The Armed Thug'." "Well - The Armed Thug, could I ask you why is a weapon pointed at me?" "You tried to escape us." "Who's us?" "Let's say that I'm sort of an envoy. Of Mr. Starridge, if it's important for you to know. Now stop asking questions and come after me, or - my friend, Mr. 7.2mm, can answer you any time." I turned silent immediately. The drugs started to fade out of my brain, but the moment we went through the garden on the way back to the room I smelled the air again, and became drunk again. Without any thought or feeling, I just went after the thug. When he opened the door, the room looked completely different. Instead of the filthy bed and there was a surgical table. Apparently, it was a different room, but I didn't understand it as I was completely drugged. "Lie down", the thug ordered me. I obeyed him, not dedicating any though to what could happen to me on the table. The thug injected something to the wound that covered my right arm. Whatever the thug injected might have not been an antitoxin against the drugs in the air outside, but the painful injection was enough for me to wake up and escape the hallucination I was drowned in. "What in hell are you doing?!", I screeched. The thug's facial expression didn't change, and he certainly wasn't surprised of my response. "My friend is still here, Wilkinson. Boss Starridge said you do have substitutes for the purpose you're here, so I don't have any reason to refrain from shooting you. I certainly will, at this rate. Be quiet, or I will make you become quiet". "But where am I? You cannot just stick me in some hole and do whatever you want to - " - I was stopped in the middle of my sentence. The thug injected to me some liquid, and I fell back on the table, unconscious.

Took my first Gold today, on a Silence CTF :D

If you've already watched the V-Log, you should know that an upcoming update will enable to have protections of Guns that Paints have but with other looks - like to MU but from 0% the protection of any Gun in any paint, or something like that :D I must say I like playing on Random New Accounts I open :D People don't know what a Gold or any other Drop Box are. Anyways - great Golds, continue like that, and who knows? Maybe you'll be some day on the V-Log as the Gold Hunter of the Week. :D

I've been waiting for those 50% sales since last September :D Anyways, I think it's a bit of a shame that Golds were bigger on most of Mayday Holiday than on Tanki Birthday :D The Double Funds are really lovely :) To sum it up, the most interesting and surprising this episode was the Stats Site (my Gold Count on it B)), as everything about the B-Day was more or less expected ;)

My second Gold today! :) I entered a Polygon CP, played for a minute, and then opened the chat and attempted to ask if a Gold had already been dropped that round. I was typing - and a Siren came :D I found the drop zone easily, and everything else can be seen: :D : I exist too - just sayin' :mellow: Anyways, I think Raccoon would be better for the purpose of Gold hunting. It has protection from Railgun (that's quite useful - you can consider it as a continuation to your Railgun protection on your Tundra), protection from Isida (that has become much more popular since the update, that made it overpowered - but I've complained enough about it :D) that is pretty popular on Polygon and Rio (Gold hunting maps). It has a protection against Hammer - and we all know how annoying a Hammer can be, plus Hammer's quite popular on Rio (less on Polygon CP's, but also on them). The Vulcan protection of the paint is less useful than the other protections (Vulcan's quite rare on Rio and Polygon - though on Kungur it's slightly more popular), but can still be really useful. Rock has a tremendous protection against Twins, but on Rio, there are almost no Twins users. On Polygon CP's, there's sometimes a Mammoth & Twins or a Titan & Twins, but except for those fatties there aren't really Twins on such battles. Freeze has become slightly less popular recently (from what I've seen, at least), so unless you frequently play long, intensive CTF battles (Rio, Düsseldorf, Silence, etc.) with at least 2 Freeze defenders on the enemy base, there's no real need for a Freeze protection, though it might be useful on Ping-Pong or Island battles - but those don't produce a lot of Golds, so I guess they won't fit you. The Isida protection of Rock is actually 66⅔ % bigger than on Raccoon, and Isida protection is really useful, but I think that giving 12% Isida protection up in order to acquire the other protections of Raccoon is quite reasonable. The Hammer protection of Rock is of course very useful (any Hammer protection is great), but it's "only" 10%, so I'd consider it quite non-influential (and maybe even redundant, to a certain extent) when considering the other protections of Raccoon. To sum it up - I'm not even intending to buy any of those paints on June 4th sales, but if I had been given the choice, I think I would choose Raccoon. I hope I've helped you :D

I got a Daily Bonus of 3000 Crystals; probably, my last Crystal Daily Bonus ever (Daily Missions! :D): And about an hour later I caught a Gold box on a Rio CTF. It was a 7 vs 7. Anyways, I took the red flag, and jumped towards the higher-grounded grass. Then came the siren. I got killed, but managed to see the Gold drop zone sign fading out when the 'corpse" of mine disappeared. I went there, some red player saw me and thought I was one of those trollers who don't hunt for Golds but just stay in their place and continue killing, so he shot me - but then went to the high tower in the center. The Gold dropped, and only then did some Titan & Shaft enemy see it, but I had already taken it :D

We can all sum it up - Viking and Hornet are pretty good too :D

In the red base there a ramp that goes like under a roof downwards. At its end, below the wide ramp from the top of the map, there was that drop zone :D I'm sad to hear that :( I just cannot understand why would someone decide to completely leave Tanki after ranking so much and investing so much time, but I almost did it myself :mellow: I guess I'll never manage to do it till the end, and I don't really want to... Will you also vanish from your Alt account (Dark.Shado)?

Actually, it depends upon the format you play the most: if you play lots of CTF battles, and you like defending your flag, you should buy Freeze. If you play DM's, TDM's, CP's or you play CTF's but don't like defending at all (in other words - if you are one of those who still attack even when their flag is taken :)), you should buy Hammer. Anyways - the most important with such a decision is just your own taste :D I hope I helped you.

I took now a Gold in Noise CTF :D That drop zone was under a ramp, so I knew the Gold wouldn't drop but just appear there. The others didn't seem to understand it and stood on the ramp above, thinking to jump on the Gold that would never drop. I just stood there, Gold spawned, I took it, and other people were like "what da heck?!" :D It was fun :)

Took now my second Gold today, and my second Gold ever at Stadium :P Actually, I was just below the Gold, but got pushed so I didn't take it while it was in the air. Then, the one below it died, and I just pushed his "corpse" and took the Gold which laid on the ground for a few good seconds :)

After I haven't taken any Golds yesterday (oh no! :D), I've taken a Gold at a Silence CTF: That batch of 80 supplies of each type is helping me a lot ;)

From what I know, from the moment of the alert a Gold can drop between 30 and 90 seconds after it.

Looks like a good Gold :) I haven't seen Golds on Polygon CP's for over a week. Only on Rio, Silence and Monte Carlo battles. :mellow:

I guess that we'll get the supplies when the special paints will be removed :D We were told it would be done today, so we're only left to wait :D

It's he :D And you're definitely right. I've been saving Crystals (without purchasing) since Tanker's Day (last September), for a lot of equipment to buy on the upcoming June 4th Sales.

Second Gold today, third Gold that I've ever taken on Monte Carlo (CTF) :D I chatted more than I played that battle, and it seemed that everyone there didn't really play but chat, but somehow a Gold dropped. I knew where it was dropped only when it fell, so I ran with Nitro and got it! :)

Another Gold! A nice Gold to start the morning with, on Silence :D I just drove in between the Mammoth & Twins and the Medic-kit teammate, and put my hands off the keyboard. The physics and the other players pushing me from all sides (balancing my motions) did the rest of the work :D Because I buy equipment only on 50% sales. I've been waiting for June 4th of this year since September (Tanker's Day) last year. Of course I'd wanna buy Viking M3 (along with other M3's), and I will, but Viking M2 on that rank isn't so mindblowingly dumb as it seems :D I catch sometimes more than one Gold in a day with Viking M2. Right!!! :) I have 4 Medics. Medics and Double-Powers are the real reason that I need those 80 Drugs ;)
