If you want to get the Crystals that you'd lost you need to have a proof to send to help@tankionline.com . Sending them an Email with a request for getting back Crystals without a proof (Screenshot/Video) won't give you anything.

It's just that I save Crystals - I have only 3 paints (Green, Forester and Tundra) because I don't need the others and unlike other Players I don't buy things that I don't need just because I have enough Crystals for them

I use Hornet M1 (I have M2 but I haven't caught any Golds with it yet)&Railgun M1 and I catch pretty much Gold Boxes.

What are you asking? If your'e trying to ask if there's still an Open Testing, the answer is Yes but the Test Server is overloaded.

Looks like these 1815 Crystal reward in that Screenshot are not much for you, but if I would get it I'd break my Reward record (my best reward was 1784 Crystals)... :mellow:

Most of the time they are, but not always. I found something helpful to do if the Test Server is overloaded and you wanna enter - Refresh the page a few times and it will let you enter the Server.

Well it's Necroposting but if the topic wasn't locked by a Moderator it's probably still relevant.

Members complained about Malware already. It's probably that some of the images in this topic are embedded from infected sites.

Looks like Supplies were disabled in the Test Server for some reason, so asking to enable them probably won't be applied.
