Over-loaded servers and general server traffic is the reason. I'd still recommend you to clear cache as it may have an effect. Sometimes.

It has happened to me in the past - turned out that my bank stopped the transaction saying the website wasn't safe... but it was, it had a certificate.

Sometimes loading problems could occur if in an overloaded server, or some times the server may be lagging; in this case, go to a different server. A useful solution is flushing DNS cache. You can do this by opening 'Command Prompt(Admin)' on your PC/Laptop (if using Windows). Just simply right click on the windows logo on the bottom left and click on Command Prompt (Admin). Once you click on it, a black box should open up. Type this in and press enter: ipconfig /flushdns It should say something like 'Successfully cleared DNS Cache'.

Try not to accidently click on the kit, then accidently click on buy and then accidently clicking on yes. You could put this in Idea's and Suggestion as removing the kit if it is giving a loss.

If it said that you have recieved an e-mail, check your junk or spam folder, it should be there.

I guess that is a huge problem :l Because now you cannot have M2 in battles. There is no solution to it, after the update of 'Buy it straight to the highest modification', you cannot buy the modification in between. I guess you have to go with it, but really, I feel bad that you can't upgrade it to м2 :mellow:

If your settings keep changing, it is simply because you clean your cache and stuff. Everytime I throw out Temp. files or Flash Player Cache, the settings reset.

If someone manages to get into your account, they can't simply change the e-mail. They click on 'Change e-mail and password' in settings and an e-mail is sent to the email your account is linked to. Now the hacker may have access to your Tanki Online account password, but he would not have the password to your e-mail. So basically, one YOU can change your password through your e-mail. ^ Like said, here, it is part of an anti-cheat system to prevent the game from meeting tanks that jump. Just try not to get on top of other tanks too much. Also, you lose 5 score everytime you self-destruct. This system was added quite a while back, to make the game fair-ish. For instance, when you spent 15 seconds shooting a mammoth and then he jumped off the map, it is very frustrating, and they got no disadvantage for it. So developers added the system that deducts 5 score, and a kill (In TDMs, it reduces 1 kill from the whole team's score, I.E it goes from 10-10 to 9-10).

I guess they are working on it - I guess in the mean time you can marry RU2.

Simply, when playing, you have to play till the end of the battle and have a good amount of score to get the fund. When the timer hits 00:00, the flags are captured, etc, the scoreboard should appear with the amount of fund you get. Even if you have a decent amount of score and you are on the losing team, you should get some crystals.
