it will only available to pro battle, so in normal battle all turrets can play.

i myself have that cyberlink power director, its too much in detail, i personly dont think it should be nessary to edit tanki videos. i like camtasia studio 8 which is simple and easy to use

So there must be a option in pro battle where the creator can choose with all turrets, hulls and paints he wants to be allowed in that battle. The working will be simple, player who have equipped those equipment allowed in that battle can join it while for other it will display a message or something similar This will greatly profit the XP battles with are quite popular these days. As many people have made topic to make XP a official battle mode. But this system would be more useful as it can also be used to play certain other battles also.. PS: This will be a option in pro battle options, not a battle mode as the topic says.
