I've already reported this issue today (which is stemming from the Chat Moderators' Forum group colour). This would be the case with any candidate group (all of which are of neutral colour) mixed with the Chat Moderator one. So, in essence — the Chat Mods' group colour "contaminates" any of the latter candidate ones, plus the ratings' profile's brackets of all the Chat Mods — candidates or not, and regardless of which other groups they've got. Of course this is only the issue with member hover cards. Should be fixed quite soon.

@Venerable Directly contact myself or Maf via Forum PM (best if you add us both to the conversation). As for reporting someone directly through their Forum profile — there's no such member profile report function.

I would like to remind everyone to properly use the Report function instead of replying to violators (which has zero effect, other than us having to consequently remove your posts as well — meaning that more work for us, and more importantly plus the fact that we will be getting to the violator later than we otherwise would have if you'd just properly report their post(s) and leave it at that). Thank you.

It was a part of the traditional THE GAME — 2017 quest. This is the site it led to (which is now no longer existent), from where on the players needed to continue with solving the puzzle. So, in short, this QR code you're referring to no longer has any use for 3+ years now (ever since THE GAME — 2017 quest concluded).
